For the third time this week my Huddles EZ Animator Delux has frozen. I use /99 reset and it doesn’t help. The specific problem is that when I click on the diskette icon to get my list of notecards, then click on the desired notecard, it locks up. I get a message in green that says:

EZ Animator: Choose a notecard to load. Any notecard with ‘AO’ in the name, will be loaded as a Animation Override configuration notecard.

but that’s all. I can reset it and dance using the ‘All’ feature but not access the notecards. I am a very experienced huddles user with over 225 dance sequences, over 3000 dances and an enormous main notecard which I can send to you. I am concerned that maybe I have hit the limit on something and will have to remove something which I do not want to do.

When I try to reset the HUD using the Edit, Tools, Reset all scripts it does not reset.

The first and second time it happened, it just started working again after a couple of hours of working with it.

I’m not exactly clear what you did, but resetting the HUD would not remove anything from it, it merely tells the scripts to restart, similar to restarting your computer.

How did you manage to make a copy of it, if you had no copy animations inside? I think that what must have happened is that you had previously removed those animations by mistake. The way this typically happens is that you have the HUD open on the ground and click “Copy to Inventory”. Perhaps that is what you did.

When i dragged my hud to ground to edit dance notecard. I noticed there were all the names of dances showing hovering over huddle.. So i made a copy of the huddle, wore it, then did /99reset to see it that would clear it ..

It removed all my dances from both copies of my huddle. where did they go?? is all 17 of my dances gone ??? thats almost 250L per dance there should be a warning .. did I miss something here??

The simple version is called the EZ Animator Basic. It does not have an AO, nor does it use notecards to make macros. However, the EZ Animator Deluxe can be used without using the AO or any of the advanced functions. If you just want to use it for dancing for instance, just removed all the non-dance animations and add dances you want.

is there a simple version without the ao and the gesture part seems complicated ???? idk how to load dances.. why does it only come with 3 dances?

I tried the manual step by step it still won’t work…..it is frozen with the names of the dancers I invited when I drop it to the ground >>>>>:(

@Rosie, the /99reset command only works with the Deluxe version. I think you have the Basic version. Try the Manual Reset instructions. And if that doesn't work take a look at the blog entry called "The Scripts are missing from my HUD" Please IM me directly if you can't get it working correctly.
