EZ Animator Deluxe in No Script Areas

I have done some research on this issue and I don’t think that I’ll be able to make the EZAD run in no script parcels anytime soon. Sure I could get some functions working, but certainly not all, and not without big tradeoffs. For instance, in order to get the floating text working, I’d have to add something to every script in every prim. For scripts in the non-root prims, it would means seeing a blue drop down dialog for every script that contains the fix. That would end up being a real deal breaker for some users I’m sure. So, for now, I’m not going to change my scripts to attempt to make it work.

I would love to be able to invite friends to dance with me in no-script areas by typing a command, for instance ‘/99invite First Second’, and possibly ‘/99remove First Second’.

In a no-script area, I can move as close as possible to my friend (stepping on their toes), click the Invite-button, and just hope for luck, that the upper empty menu-choice (that is not showing floating text in a no-script area), contains their name, and click that. It works. But Im always afraid that someone else might get that invitation, as I cant see the name I am inviteing.

So being able to specify it with a chat command would have been wonderful 🙂

I’ll add that as a feature request for future versions. That is a good idea.
