Finicky ZHAO-II Converter
So I got a message today from a customer who was trying to convert his AO notecards to the ZHAO II format:
Any ideas how to fix this 9:13] ZHAO-II Notecard Converter: ‘AO – Config 2’ does not appear to be a valid ZHAO animation notecard.
He sent me his notecard and it was definitely a card that the older ZHAO script could read. After some experimenting, I realized that the converter script was having trouble with the first line on the notecard. The script would only convert the notecard if the first line was:
:: [ Walking (also Striding) 1 ] ::
So if you get that error message, try changing the first line of the notecard to that.

Yeah, my bad… I forgot that older notecards had a different format for the animation slot names. Someone pointed this out to me earlier, but I don’t remember if I ever went back and fixed it.
Changing the first line in the notecard is a simple fix for this bug.

I have been using a huddles on my other avi for a long time. I can’t get the new one for this avi to work. I have tried programming in stands to cycle and did the converter thing, but it just won’t work. I end up getting a bunch of stand buttons that I have to push. Please help me.
Thank you,

my AO notecard looks like it is in the right foremat, but I am getting an error message.
I can use one of the standing animations, but the arrow will not move to the next one.
I used the converter, it wasi the format was wrong but that’s all it did?
Thx,

i am slowly getting as little crazy of this Huddles. 3 days ago it showd in my inventory as “broken Link” I wrote to Keiki as well as to Connor, several times with no response at all. in the hud I lost are over 138 different dances that I have to use for shows. Its not only a loss of a big amount of money but also a lot of work
I did get anouth huddlez and started to buy new dances, i needed a new AO as well. Wanted to convert the AO but the converter sais:
ZHAO-II Notecard Converter: Reading notecard ‘~AO_female’… ()
[16:17] ZHAO-II Notecard Converter: ‘~AO_female’ does not appear to be a valid ZHAO animation notecard. ()
[16:17] ZHAO-II Notecard Converter: Please check the notecard and try again. ()
Very nice a great customer service I must say: NO RESPONSE AT ALL
Hope via this to hear something now!

Josina, if your Huddle has any no-copy items in it (like most dances), then when you rez it on the ground to add things and take it back into inventory, any links to it in your inventory/outfits will be broken. This is a Second Life issue, not a Huddle issue, and the Huddle creators can’t do anything about it – it’s just the way links work. The original Huddle itself should be in your inventory (assuming you took it back). You’ll just have to replace links manually (Right click the original in inventory, choose Copy, right click the folder where the link is, choose Paste as Link).
